=== The Grease Wars Part 2: Preparing For War ===
Greasy Gus had notified his ally's that he was going to war with The A.T.F. and every single one of The A.T.F.'s enemies prepared for war, yes, every single one. So that's like 50 extremely powerful factions vs The A.T.F.. Jacks clearly had a death wish, but everyone wanted Jacks dead once and for all.

Since Jacks was stealing members from these factions like some sort of grifter, the A.T.F. grew a bit of power, enough power to build an artificial island on the outskirts of Steam City, The A.T.F. at this stage was maybe just as powerful as a group like The 53% which played a major role in this war (obviously), so they would put up a fair fight against some of their enemies.
