Spurmberp the Dewmaster is an unknown entity made of pure energy, known to possess the abilities of Time Travel, is the known leader of the Dewmasters, he disguises himself as a merchant and sells all sorts of dew for the traveller in need. It's unknown how he was born, or where he came from. Some sources do suggest he is either from an unknown realm of Old Nome, or Jeffyborea.
