Woo Bum-Kon

Woo Bum-Kon (born: March 18, 1955, Pusan, South Gyeongsang, South Korea) is the leader of the Woo Bum-Kon Crime Families chapter of the North Korean Mafia in Steam City. He is most known to the masses as being the perpetrator of the Uiryeong massacre on April 27th, 1982. After he saved South Korea by killing people after his girlfriend hit him with a fly swat, despite common belief, he actually fled to Steam City although the media coverup is that he killed himself with a grenade. It's worth noting that Woo Bum-Kon has previously resided in Steam City before the events of the massacre. Not much else is really known about Woo other than the fact that he posts sometimes on Incels.is. He also had some sort of affiliation with Lei Feng before he rose to power.

Woo Bum-Kon was responsible for several massacres within Steam City that occurred in 2021 involving RUNPR and several abo tribes such as the Koreatown War which left 65 dead and 173 wounded, including the murder of Imaran Zakhaev. He allied with Alcohol. Tobacco. Firearms., involving them with the Koreatown human trafficking market. He is also conspired to have some sort of involvement with the disappearance of a once schizophrenic Steam City microceleb named Babom.
