The Tribunal are the three prophets of Steam City's troll/raider clans that rule the elitist order known as the SCGN. The members of the Tribunal are Zokh, Toxic Coffee, and Greasy Gus and are known collectively by the various masses of niche circles of autists, troll clans and racist/homophobic schizophrenics throughout the city. The Tribunal had been established around April of 2021 when Greasy Gus and Zokh had met an equally powerful entity known as Toxic Coffee after Zokh marched to Coffee's steam profile demanding to see the creator of Windows XP Gangster Edition. Due to understanding Coffee's equal power (they saw how he owns every Yakuza game and has hundreds to thousands of hours on various porn games), in order to prevent a TND-esque war, they had formed an alliance which resulted in the formation of The 51%.
